Relationships don't always work the way we want them to. When we reach a point of not knowing what to do, or how to make things better, getting help sooner than later may make all the difference.
As a trained and Certified Gottman Method Therapist, I integrate research-based approaches in helping couples grow closer, manage differences, and create opportunities for shared meaning and connection. Working as a relationship coach, I provide couples tools to deepen their friendship and effectively deal with conflict, especially with the "stuck issues".
Couples struggling with addiction and recovery issues are offered therapy that integrates Gottman Method customized for recovering couples based on my work as a Research Associate and Director and Co-Founder of Center for Couples in Recovery, at Mental Research Institute in Palo Alto, California.
